1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how SAT PrepPros ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website and online exam-preparation services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

We operate an online SAT and exam-preparation platform that provides mock exams, a practice question bank, scoring, and progress analytics. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at the email address listed in Section 13.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Services:

Information you provide when you register and use your account: your full name, email address, a nickname (used to identify your payments), and your password. Your password is never stored in readable form — we store only a securely hashed version that we cannot reverse.

Exam and practice activity: the exams and practice questions you attempt, your answers, scores, flagged questions, time spent, completion dates, and the progress statistics we derive from them (such as your streak, activity days, and per-topic performance).

Payment information: our payments are processed manually. When you submit a payment, you upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation, along with the date and any note you add. We store that screenshot and the related details on our own server so that we can verify and approve your subscription. We do not collect or store your full bank-card numbers.

Device and session information (for account security): to enforce our one-account-one-device policy and protect your account from sharing or unauthorized access, we store a signed device identifier (held in a secure cookie), together with technical details about the device used to sign in, such as browser, operating system, time zone, and screen information. We use this only for account security.

Communications: if you contact support or we email you, we keep those messages and related details.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: create and maintain your account; provide the exams, practice, scoring, and analytics you request; operate your subscription and verify your payments; secure your account and enforce our one-device policy; send you essential service messages such as email confirmation, password resets, device-verification codes, and payment-status notifications; respond to your support requests; and detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How Your Payment Information Is Handled

Because payments are reviewed manually, when you submit a payment a notification containing your submitted payment details is sent to our internal administration channel (operated through Telegram) so that an administrator can review and approve or reject it. Only authorized administrators have access to this channel. The payment screenshot itself is stored on our server and is accessible only to administrators for the purpose of verifying your payment.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your account information and activity for as long as your account is active. Payment screenshots are kept for a limited period after a payment is reviewed and are then deleted, while the basic record of the payment (such as plan, date, and status) is retained for our financial and accounting records. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, to request that we suspend or stop processing your data, and to request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to any records we must keep by law.

You can update your name, nickname, and email directly in your profile, and you can delete your account from your profile settings. For any other request, contact us at the email in Section 13. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity first.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, our one-account-one-device security system, restricted administrator access, and regular backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

9. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your information is stored on the servers that host our Services. Where data is stored or processed, we take steps to ensure it is handled securely and in accordance with applicable Uzbek data-protection law, including the requirements governing the storage and processing of personal data.

10. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Services to function — in particular, cookies that keep you signed in and that operate our account-security and device-verification system. Because these cookies are essential to providing the Services, the Services may not work correctly if they are disabled.

11. Children and Younger Users

Our Services are intended for students preparing for the SAT and similar exams, and we recognize that some users may be under the age of 18. Where a user is a minor under applicable law, processing of their personal data requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account for a student who is a minor, you confirm that the necessary parental or guardian consent has been given. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data without the required consent, please contact us so we can address it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and where the changes are significant we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
